Ayurvedic Massage, Facial Massage & Relaxation Bodywork in Berlin
At Anahata Studio Berlin, massage is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with your body. Using Ayurvedic techniques, facial massage and intuitive relaxation touch, each session supports your nervous system, circulation and emotional balance.
Whether you feel overwhelmed, tense or simply in need of rest, your treatment is tailored to how you arrive that day.
Ayurvedic Full-Body Massage
Ayurvedic body massage, or Abhyanga, is a deeply nurturing and rhythmic treatment rooted in the traditional Indian healing system of Ayurveda. Using warm herbal oils and long, flowing strokes, this massage invites the whole body to soften and unwind.
It is not about strong pressure or working out knots — instead, it creates balance. The warm oils nourish the skin, calm the nervous system and support gentle detoxification. As the body releases, the mind becomes clearer, quieter and more grounded.
I also pay special attention to the head and face, where we hold so much unseen tension.
A deeply calming Ayurvedic massage in Berlin for anyone feeling stressed, depleted or out of balance.
Facial & Head Massage
Warm sesame oil is used to soothe the face, head, neck and shoulders — the places where tension gathers most easily. Depending on your session, the massage may also include the back, hands or feet for a more complete, deeply restorative experience.
This treatment supports:
- relieving headaches, jaw and temple tension
- reducing puffiness and softening facial patterns
- improving circulation for a natural glow
- calming the nervous system
- relaxing the neck and shoulders
- balancing overall energy
The session blends gentle lifting strokes, acupressure points and meridian work. Gua sha, cooling eye rollers and a soft scalp brush may be used to enhance release and circulation.
Products include Dr. Hauschka or Weleda cleansers, organic rose water and natural sesame or coconut oils.
A nurturing facial massage in Berlin for glow, grounding and deep relaxation.
Facial Lymphatic Drainage
A slow, gentle and rhythmic treatment that supports the natural movement of lymph beneath the skin. This facial drainage massage reduces puffiness, relieves congestion and encourages a brighter, more lifted appearance.
Benefits include:
- improved lymphatic flow and detoxification
- reduced swelling around the eyes and jaw
- softer facial tension patterns
- clearer, more radiant skin tone
- calming of the nervous system
Treatment includes delicate sculpting strokes, light pressure along lymph pathways, gua sha and optional cooling tools to soothe inflammation.
Pure, minimal products are used to respect the skin’s natural rhythm.
An ideal lymphatic facial massage in Berlin for those seeking glow, drainage or gentle rejuvenation.

About Mallika
My name is Mallika. I grew up in India in a family where Ayurveda, herbal remedies and preventative care were a natural part of everyday life. These practices, along with yoga and meditation, have been my foundation for many years and continue to guide the way I live and work.
After leaving India nine years ago, I traveled and lived in different parts of the world. Through these transitions, returning to Ayurvedic routines, grounding practices and mindful touch helped me stay centered and connected. This deepened my appreciation for Ayurveda as a system of harmony with nature — one that supports balance of mind, body and spirit.
My approach to massage and bodywork is slow, intuitive and nurturing. I draw from Ayurvedic massage training, Panchakarma studies, yoga, and energy-based practices such as Gendai Reiki Ho, offering treatments that meet you exactly where you are.

- Certified Ayurvedic Massage Therapist (Abhyanga, Panchakarma support)
- Gendai Reiki Ho method degree
