On your own, with someone who matters to you, or with friends
You bring the question. The game brings new perspectives.
Sometimes a question stays with us for a while. We think about it, talk about it – and still find ourselves going around in circles.
The Flow Game offers a different way of engaging with a question: playful and focused, with room for the unexpected.
At the heart of the game is a question that genuinely matters to you right now. A decision. A change. A relationship. An idea. Something you long for. Or perhaps a question you cannot quite put into words yet.
The game cards offer questions and prompts that open up different perspectives. They can interrupt familiar ways of thinking and talking and bring forward thoughts, connections or possibilities that you – or you together – might not otherwise have discovered.
On your own – from 90 minutes
Bring a personal life question and give yourself dedicated time to explore it from different angles.
The game can help you sort through your thoughts, discover connections and see what begins to emerge.
Together – from 120 minutes
With someone who matters to you.
You can each bring your own question or explore a question that connects you. It doesn't have to be about your relationship.
The prompts from the game invite you to look at your questions differently. At the same time, you listen to one another, share perspectives and support each other in exploring what matters.
It can create something we often have too little space for in everyday life: meeting each other with a real question – without having to solve it for one another.
With friends – 3 to 6 people, from 180 minutes
Each person can bring their own life question, or you can explore a question that matters to you as a group.
You listen, ask questions, share observations and experiences, and support one another in looking at your questions from different angles.
You may discover something new not only about your own question, but also about each other.
The 180-minute session includes a short break.
-
We begin by taking time to formulate your question – or your questions. This gives the game its direction.
Then we start playing. The game cards offer questions and prompts that open up different perspectives and invite reflection, conversation and experimentation.
As a trained Flow Game Host, I guide you through the game and hold the space without deciding where it should lead.
Perhaps you leave with more clarity. Perhaps with a new question, an unexpected thought or a next step.
And sometimes simply with a conversation you have never had with each other before.
Duration: 1 person from 90 minutes | 2 people from 120 minutes | 3–6 people from 180 minutes, including a short break

What moves me is how people reconnect with what truly matters to them – especially in those in-between times when what comes next is not yet clear and something new may only just be beginning to emerge.
For many years, I have accompanied people and organisations through change and transformation. Working across different countries and organisational contexts has shown me how differently we respond to change – and that complex situations rarely have a simple solution.
Change is also something I know from my own life. I spent many years living abroad, finding my way in new environments and raising my son as a solo responsible parent. I know what it is like when plans don't work out, certainties shift, loss becomes part of life and we need to find our bearings again.
Along the way, I have learned that difficult experiences and lightness can have a place alongside each other. Perhaps it is fitting that my own path has included exploring loss, grief and transitions – as well as training in laughter yoga.
This perspective also shapes how I work with people. We don't only look at what is difficult. We also pay attention to what already supports you, what gives you strength, what sparks your curiosity – and what might bring a little more lightness into your life.
I trust that you bring your own knowledge and experience of what feels right for you, even when it may be difficult to connect with that at times. My role is not to tell you which way to go. I accompany you in looking more closely, trying things out and finding your own next step.

Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where the old no longer quite fits, while what comes next is not yet clear.
Perhaps you are facing a change or a decision. Maybe you feel under pressure or have lost touch with what you actually need. Or perhaps nothing is fundamentally “wrong” – and yet there is a question, an idea or a quiet wish for change that you would like to explore.
Coaching gives you time to pause, sort through what is happening and look at things from a different perspective. Not with the expectation of finding the one right answer as quickly as possible, but with the intention to explore what this is really about for you and what possibilities might open up.
You don't need to come with a ready-made solution or a perfectly formulated coaching goal. We can begin with questions: What is this really about for me? Why does it matter? Where do you want to invest my time, energy or attention?
Sometimes it is surprising what becomes visible when we give a question a little more space than usual.
-
We begin with whatever is on your mind – what feels loud and perhaps also what is only quietly asking for attention.
From there, we work with whatever feels relevant. We might shift perspectives, discover connections, explore recurring patterns or try something out and see: What changes?
Not everything has to happen through conversation. But it can. Sometimes it can be helpful to include emotions, bodily sensations, movement or inner images. They may offer clues about what matters to you, what you feel drawn towards or where something may be ready to shift.
I work systemically and, when helpful, include body-oriented approaches. What we use in a session depends on you and what you bring. Your pace sets the direction.
-
Not every question needs the same amount of time – and not every next step becomes clear within a single session.
60 minutes work well for a specific concern, a decision or as a first session if you would simply like to see whether coaching feels helpful for you right now.
90 minutes give us more room to explore, experiment and go deeper.
120 minutes offer more time for complex topics – to explore different approaches and allow things to unfold without rushing.
You can come for a single session or we can work together over several sessions. The time in between can be part of the process too: trying things out, noticing what shifts in everyday life, letting things settle – and returning when it feels right for you.

Perhaps you recognise yourself in one of these situations:
· Something is changing – by choice or not, professionally or personally – and you are looking for a sense of direction.
· You are facing a decision and your thoughts keep going around in circles. And then around once more.
· Stress, pressure or expectations are taking up a lot of space and you would like to regain a greater sense of agency and room to move.
· You want to become more aware of your needs and boundaries and learn to trust them.
· You keep encountering certain patterns and are curious about what else might be possible.
· There is an idea, a quiet longing or something new that you would like to give more attention to.
You don't have to be in a crisis to benefit from coaching. It can also be a place for curiosity, development and new ideas – or simply for a question that keeps getting lost in everyday life.
We can start with what is here right now.
